INDUSTRY NETWORKS

If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.

We’re stronger together and collaboration is a key to move towards a more sustainable sport/outdoor industry.

We’re certain that pooling our skills, knowledge and joint forces is a key for accelerated transition to a more sustainable society. Let’s unite and together find new solutions.

We launched our first industry sustainability network in 2015 and are now managing and supporting several sustainability networks.

  • WSN - Winter Sports Sustainability Network

Uniting the industry in collaborations to accelerate change

Together with FESI (The Federation of the European Sporting Goods Industry) we have since 2021 been managing the sustainability network for the European and North American ski/board/boots & binding brands/producers, currently 28 member brands.

WSN is about collaboration, learning and joint sustainability action within the winter sports industry. WSN - Winter Sports Sustainability Network:

  • SOG Sustainability Network

Together with Scandinavian Outdoor Group (SOG) we launched the SOG Sustainability Network in 2015.

The network gathers CSR and sustainability engaged people among the member companies (70+ member brands), creating a platform for sharing, learning and collaboration. Through the network, we provide support and opportunities for collective action. Every year, we arrange several sustainability meetings and events, physical as well as online.

  • EOG Hard Goods Working Group

With focus on outdoor hard goods, we initiated the Hard Goods Working Group in 2017 on behalf of European Outdoor Group (EOG) and are coordinators of the activities in this network. The network gathers 50+ members of EOG producing non-textile and mixed materials products come together for joint learnings and projects.

  • STICA Climate Action Working Groups:

For the Scandinavian Textile Initiative for Climate Action (STICA), we coordinate the currently 12 working groups for climate action since 2022. Here, the 60+ textile industry members can collaborate on concrete activities to reduce their climate footprint, through supplier interaction, shared learning and joint projects.

  • IBU Snow Network

The Snow Network consists of snow and course operators from IBU event organizers (world cup and IBU cup). The network meets annually to gain and share knowledge and experiences, serving as a platform for networking and collaboration among snow and course operators. The informal setting allows for direct exchanges of ideas and experiences, fostering knowledge exchange that extends beyond the meetings. Since its inception, we have been managing the network, analyzing members' data, providing expert knowledge, and leading discussions.
